I am registered with this practice over 5 years. I have tried to get medical help a few times. It is nearly impossible to get an appointment with a specialist. I was trying to get help with my condition since 2017, was only getting \take this spray and come back in a few months\ type of response without ANY examinations whatsoever. In 2020, my condition got really bad and due to covid I could only submit an online form trying to get an appointment with a a specialist. A 'doctor' called me saying that there is nothing that can be done for me (again, no examination was ever conducted) and I will 'have to live with my problem all my life' (!) but I could try some spray they would kindly prescribe. It took me another half a year of suffering every day until I have decided to risk and travel to another country during the pandemic. I am quite lucky to be able to go somewhere else to get an appropriate medical help. The doctors back in Russia were quite in shock once I have described sort of treatments I was getting or should I say not getting from the NHS. They simply did their job, performed all the tests to provide me with the adequate diagnoses and cure. Alleluia. Awful practice, absolute waste of public money. I am not sure what we are paying the tax for...

Before the lock down, the practice kept using locum doctors, I have came across two of them last year. One couldn’t decide on what diagnoses he should put down and had to call the next door doctor to help; the other one literally used Google for my symptoms and told me what I might have, I may as well not bothered to go to the GP. It is unclear whether these locum doctors are even fully qualified under the NHS regulation. It is worth mentioning the receptionists are always rude and impatient, especially the one called Hanisa. This practice is such a waste of tax payers’ money, NHS should just shut them down, it is so badly managed.

These are the most incompetent \doctors\ I have ever seen in my life. Went there 2 times, once before Covid where I was recommended to do surgery and remove part of the irritated skin as a way to get rid of the problem and that if not done it could lead to a cancer, rather than actually trying to know what is going on. The second time, few month ago, I couldn't even book an appointment and do exams. I am lucky to have real doctors back in France which are actually doing the job they are supposed to, and provided me with a diagnosis and cure. They were just purely astonished by what the English doctors recommended. I don't know what for I am paying taxes if this is a representation of the NHS system - these people are just criminals.

Hard to register, hard to schedule an appointment, prescriptions are not given on time and if you need something as simple as a blood test it may take months. They made me go there sick two times in a row just to tell me that my appointment would be conducted by phone. The third time that it happened I recorded them telling me to come in person and played the recording at the reception. They sent me home anyway (no apologies of any kind). My wife and I both regretted registering with them. I got very sick and am basically depending exclusively on private health care and A&E. My wife went back to her previous GP that is over 1 hour away from where we live (and I'm about to do the same - as soon as I have the chance).

I tried registering to this GP and they told me if I don't give them a call back in 2 days they will cancel my registration. I gave them a call back and they told me the receptionist I spoke to is on a 'lunch break' and she will call me back, I never received a call back. A week later I have them a call and they told me that I'm meant to speak to the registration team and that they will let them know I called. Still nothing. I called again today and it's coming up to 2 weeks, all I was told is my details are not coming up on the system and they will give me a call back. I am appalled by the service, I will be sticking to my current GP.
