Don arrived on time and had a look at the job -unblocking an outside drain - which was described to him in detail when we booked him. Soon after arriving it became clear to me that he did not want to do job. He offered several reasons why we should call somebody else to the do the job due to the fact the problem is unusual etc etc. He then left. In many ways, I am pleased that we did contact someone else who found the cause for the blockage quite quickly and unblocked the drain in just under an hour.
