Really helpful, and made me feel very comfortable asking questions as a new violinist. Very pleased with the service; the gentleman fixed my string, helped with another problem and they sorted out everything within 40 minutes, and called me to come and pick it up. Very friendly and knowledgeable, will reccomend!
