One of the worst service my received. Had 2 parcels been send by same company from same location to my hone address, 1 got delivered, second one didn't got delivered and taken back to depot. they excuse was insufficient address on label on package. can not understand how can that happens. also not even worth try and contact them by phone, as number is been divert and monitor by third party and basically, get told, \BUZZ OFF\ . I do not understand way peoples using this company to be their courier to send goods. I totally, agreed with Last comment given on this company, which is; The first day of the delivery the driver doesn't even try to ring the bell ( I notice him from the balcony), he just came close to the gate which was open , left the paper , took the picture and said didn't find anyone at home. In few minutes I contact the costumer service being charged 6 for the call. The following day , after my complain he decide I don't deserve receive my purchase and left the paper to the next apartment saying I'm not home(requested ID for the delivery so illogical try to deliver the parcel to the neighbors) . Conclusion... I didn't have my parcel because some lazy guy doesn't want to do his job, I spend 6 extra pounds for a useless call and I will never have my purchase because I have to go during the weekend in holiday and there is no availability for collecting on the deposit because of Covid19. Choose different courier service if you plan to receive in time your

The worst service ever. You can just stay at home if you don't want to deliver many boxes to me in a rainy day. Will never use any service if they use DPD :)
I would not recommend DPD at all! Unfortunately you can't choose your delivery company when you order something. Otherwise I would never choose DPD. I was home the whole day and suddenly got a message \Sorry we missed you\. After having contact with someone from DPD they showed me a picture the driver took. He was in front of my building, but didn't bother to ring the bell. And instead of telling the driver to come back to my flat, because it was his fault, they told me he can only come again on Monday and I should ask the company I ordered the item for a delivery refund, because I payed for such a poor delivery. But it is not their fault either, it is DPDs fault and their driver! So not professional! And this happened now two times in a row. I was home both times!
They dont call you or not knock the door ring the bell even if you stay all day for the delivery. Customer service doesnt try to help or cant help at all. Moreover they charge you 5 pounds for calling. Just worst of the worst
