Where do I even start with this one...26 for a candle ear treatment in a \treatment room\ that looked like a cupboard. No ambience, no fragrances nor music, just the sound of an old fan. At first they didn't want to accept the card and instead suggested me to transfer the money to a bank account. I asked for a cash machine and the lady at the front desk told me to withdraw some cash at an atm. Finally I managed to pay by card.
