Dr Topham and his staff are great. My whole family has been coming here for 15 years and they are always responsive, kind and attentive. They are human, so sometimes there are mistakes but 99.9% of the time they are just brilliant. Dr Topham and Dr Watson are in particular brilliant, as is Sonya the receptionist who is always helpful

The reception staff are inefficient and rude, and the system is simply not working. No communication with the Practice went smooth till now. We had to register 3 times because of receptionist's fault. For tele-consulting, they tell you that the doctor will call you back but they never do. I waited for a prescription for 2 weeks only to find out that it was written and sitting in reception desk without them informing me. Finally, I learned that they have actually booked an appointment for me and never notified me on the date and time, so I ''missed'' the appointment. Honestly, I cannot recommend this Practice.

May the receptionist she always too harsh,rude, not understanding the patient. She needs to speak kindly and understanding the patient. Very unprofessional receptionist.

Terrible everytime. Left out to wait in the cold and was forgotten about. Always massive waits on the phone line. Poor diagnosis on my first visit.

5 Stars Practice. Receptionists are lovely, especially the curly hair one. Doctors are good. I just moved to another area and sadly I need to look for a new practice. I hope that the new practice would be similar to this one. Thank you.
