The reception stuff...I don't even know why there are there and get paid, useless and rude! Today I asked this lady if she could tell me how to reach the blue sky centre. And she replied: with the lift that's how you go there. And then she turned her back to me. I was with my son and I didn't want to make a scene but honestly this is disgusting, especially if you are already worried because of your son condition and you have to deal with this kind of animals. I was there twice and both time bad experiences if they are annoyed to be there just stay home!! Free money literally.

My daughter also attends for blood work, staff are always very polite, patience and professional.
