Nice, expansive place with many choices you can try. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Free sleeping test, which I had never done before and indicated the right matress. Recommend.

WOW WOW WOW what can I say- I visited this store to purchase a mattress and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL, Gina has a great deal of knowledge of all the mattresses and products, she is patient and really helps you find exactly what you want and puts her all in it , you can tell she is not just doing it/working for the money but is extremely passionate. I finally purchased a mattress that was right for and that is all because Gina went above and beyond to help find what I need and trust me I was very indecisive!. I would really recommend this store you will not be disappointed and you will come out smiling.

Our first mattress and bed frame purchase was made so easy at Dreams! I haven't experienced customer service like this in ages and the in-store COVID-19 Health and Safety measurements were very impressive and made for an easy visit. Highly recommended!

Easily accessible from the main road with its own parking area out front. Knowledgeable and helpful staff were available to provide assistance and information, whilst also giving us space to roam the store and try out mattresses. Nandita and Sid both helped us to find the right choice of mattress and explained the warranty, 40 night guarantee and made the process of buying a new mattress seamless. Absolutely terrible! Bought a sofa from a store in late August in Lewisham, was promised to get it in 2 weeks time. Here I am on November 10th having received another auto-generated apology pushing the delivery back to December 11th, which is still, as they say, just a guideline. Another business that is falling apart during COVID due to poor management. Terrible service, never purchasing anything again from Dreams.
