Such an enjoyable experience purchasing my first e bike, he made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable of his merchandise. Very glad I went with this store. would highly recommend anyone who is considering purchasing one to go down to e-motion on Adelaide and commissioners.

I am so pumped with the purchase of my new e-bicycle from E-Motion. Talk about customer service, William has been outstanding. He has been patient with my questions, responsive to my emails, and accommodating to my needs and timelines. The bike is incredible and I am very thankful to have forged a consumer relationship with such a personable and knowledgeable business owner. Highly recommended electric bike shop!
Good products but not worth the cheap service. Staff are pushy and to consumed with personal matters to attend to customers. Go else where
I ride one of their bikes I got a few months ago. Great bike and if I ever have an issue they are happy to help. Get in there, even if it is just for a test drive. But be careful. That is what I did and I ended up riding a new bike home. Not sorry.
Emotion has exactly what I was after, based on the research I found on their website. After a few bikes for the family and myself. Unfortunately was unable to contact them. Emailed them no response. Other issue was they’re not open Sundays? Fortunately there are so many other places to choose from. Disappointing they have exactly what I was interested in.
Wasn’t sure if this was the route I wanted to go but William explained the pros and cons and it was an easy decision after that. Thanks for the new wheels! Would highly recommend!
Business owner William has hurt my business! Don’t get involved with this guy! Integrity issues! Both William and Vick have caused this! William if this is the case keep your personal life out of my business!
The thing i loved about this place is that you can tell these guys are having fun! Thanks for letting me and my boy race the scooters around back. With a little bit of practice I might win one day!
