Honest, professional, informative/helpful/polite and fair priced service, so much so, that I've already booked my next boiler service appointment 12 mths ahead. I came to know of ecoB&P just a week ago, through another recommended plumber, who was recomm. on our local WhatsApp group, but unfortunately/fortunately was fully booked at that time and recommended ecoB&P to me. My 3yr old Vaillant (ecoFITpure835) was leaking, phoned on a Saturday morning, 20min later an engineer arrived, after assessing the problem he kindly explained it all in detail and was very reassuring that they've seen this before and know exactly how to deal with it. It's all fixed now and hopefully ready for a few more winters to come.

Ben, Ned and Robin go above and beyond what is is expected of customer service. Knowledgeable Helpfull Professional and friendly I don’t shop anywhere else if I’m local ! Good quality and decently priced materials. I highly recommend them.
