I visited the store in the middle of pandemic My experience was a good one my problem was fixed all the other stores asked over 100 for this repair ECT Kilburn only charged me 30 the repair was done while I waited and I was explained in detail where the problem was and how to avoid this problem normally other service places would not explain how to prevent this issue from reoccurring. Overall I was treated better by these guy's than Apple itself who had a duty to take care of me as their customer instead they asked me to buy a new phone and lose all the data on the faulty device which Ect Kilburn repaired for 30 within few hours from now on this is the only place I'll be visiting with my mobile phone problems I wish them all the best and I hope they will be a around for a long time as they're really honest and upfront I will not hesitate to recommend these repair centre to all my friends and family

They managed to fix my broken screen on iPhone 7 device but ended up breaking home button for ID. Now I cannot get on my phone whilst using the touch screen.. It was efficient and affordable, but unfortunately there was another damage that is now not fixable.
I'm impressed with the service I received from this service centre I had an accident with my iPhone 8 The repair was done wethen an hour I'm very happy with the outcome I was also given a screen protector free of charge I will not hesitate to recommend this Mobile phone repair center to all my friends and family in the future
