“When I moved out to London, I had a lot of work to do that I need it to change my clothes each time, that’s way I had a lot of laundry and dry-cleaning needs. So, I discovered Elias, a London’s Premier Dry Cleaner, I call them and I was very satisfied with their quality of service. The staff were serious about their work and so friendly with me I felt very happy about my clothes and also my house. They took care of my floor and curtains , no more dust around. My house now is shining like a diamond thanks to Elias ..”

Two items have been collected without our knowledge/ consent, I suspect that an employee at the St. Johns Wood branch colluded with a criminal to fraudulently obtain the high valued jackets. The branch manager is being evasive: refusing to answer my calls whilst constructing absurd excuses. I will shortly be reporting the incident (along with my suspicion) to the police. Update: I can confirm that the matter has been reported to the police. The Metropolitan Police Crime Reference Number is 6507767/20. All I currently seek is the CCTV recording of the incident!!

I thought l needed to post this to the public. I am so impressed with the quality and the service l received from Elias Dry Cleaner. I took my suits to have them dry cleaned. My suit came back like New. I am so impressed and l will not go anywhere else.5 stars all the way. I am a very fussing person. I have no complaints but to praise them. I taken time out of my busy schedule to write this. Mr Elias thank you ever so much. Whenever your company is doing keep on doing it don't change. First Class Service!!!!!

The most professional Dry Cleaning Service I have ever used, the best. Im using Elias St Johns Wood branch for more than 13 years, all our embroidered bed linen, table wear and dry cleaning have been cared by Jeffery personally, his knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Collection and delivery on time and all items very well packed and protected. Highly recommend.

This is a complete rip off. My daughter who is working an internship for the summer and sharing with a friend in St Johns Wood dropped of 2 dresses for dry cleaning. When she looked a the ticket it was 155.48. 65.00 for 1 dress and 90.48 for the other. She broke down in tears and rang me. This is more than the dresses cost and is extortion. How can they justify these prices??? RIP OFF BRITIAN me thinks!!!!!
