I was stupid enough to put a sticker on to the lapel of a recently purchased leather jacket and, when I removed it, there was a perfect circle of white residue left there. Gah! I took it into Elias on Glendower Place this morning, thinking it would need to be sent away and would cost a fortune, but the delightful gentleman in there said he'd run it downstairs to see what could be done...5 minutes later I was presented with a perfectly restored lapel, and he charged me even less than he'd told me he would! Amazing customer service. I don't live in South Ken but the next time I need anything leather or suede cleaning, I'll be making a special trip to go back. Well worth it. Can't recommend enough!

Terrible service from this branch and across the business. Failed to recognise the mark they'd created on a very expensive item of clothing due to using chemicals too harsh for silk. Virtually impossible to get a call or email back and any responses require an in-store visit. Considering this is the most expensive dry cleaners in London who pride themselves on cleaning high-end clothing, I found them to be rude, uninterested and completely unsympathetic. There are plenty of other establishments who would do a far better job at a fraction of the price. Take your clothes elsewhere!

Please keep your payment receipts, I had to pay twice a cleaning service because they mantained that 6 months earlier I collected my shirts without paying... which is materially impossible! they lost a client
