Really good service, I was lucky they stocked exactly the shoes I was looking for, but i was only just stumbling in on my way through Stratford and I didn't expect much but I got to try on about 8 different sizes of climbing shoes and got the perfect fit, I can definitely recommend

Amazing customer service ! The person who helped my husband find his perfect shoes was nothing but super helpful. Defenitely coming back there again for other product. The price of the product is more expensive for the mounteneeing equipment but quality never lies.

Visited yesterday. Not cheap. In fact really rather expensive. But you get what you pay for. The products they sell are top quality and the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Even though I spent considerably more money than I originally envisaged before entering the shop I feel that they provided great value for money and I was very satisfied with my purchases.

Excellent post sale service. Bought a pair of climbing shoes but was unsure if it was the proper fit. Emailed them and asked if I could try another number in-store and they agreed. The staff was very helpful in helping me understand how to pick the best size of shoes. Super recommend, specially if you aren't sure on what climbing shoes size you want.
