Ellis Building Services were contracted by our previous property management company. We got an RTM done and transitioned to the new property management company. We got a few invoices from Ellis Building Services. It seems circa 944 were spent on just the 2 months prior to the handover date for changing lightbulbs. I reached out to Ellis and they were unable to provide me details about where and how many lightbulbs were changed. Considering I stay at the apartment block it's highly unlikely that so many light bulbs would have gone out within a span of 2 months. Furthermore the previous property management company had forwarded the original invoices and Ellis when asked about details got a printout of these and scribbled some vague handwritten note on these and sent them back to me. I'm not sure if the works were ever done or we are being overcharged as quantity and unit costs cannot be got either from Ellis or our previous property management company. Not at all satisfied.
