I would like to say thank you to everyone at Slovak Embassy who made me very welcomed on the day of my appointment.thank you very much for a wonderful first impression as soon as I walked in I was seen by a wonderful gentleman at the reception. When I came back I was seen by a wonderful lady who helped me with all of my enquiries and she was very professional and kind. They did all and more what I came for. Thank you very kindly for all your help and for being great..
I had my appt today and I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone working at the consulate. Especially to a staff member Michal who went above and beyond to help. Can't thank him enough.
Customer service non existent. I had an appointment for 2nd of April 2020 (I had waited for this since Feb 2020) but few days before this they simply emailed me saying they are cancelling due to lockdown (! - all staff is behind a plastic window anyway!) - no new appointment was offered. Next appointment I have found was in October 2020 (!!!) and no doubt this will be cancelled again due to lockdown. However they are happy to deal with emergency requests. So if they can work for emergencies why they cannot deal with new passports etc? All Slovak public offices remained opened in Slovakia during lockdown. Absolutely disgusting service. I am giving 2 stars because when I called them the lady on the phone was very helpful (she took time to explain what I need once I am being seen in maybe 2023 at this rate...).
