Resuming Czech citizenship and getting a Czech passport was a slow process but my visits to the Consulate were never a problem; highly professional and courteous. Get there on time, have your papers in order, and all will be well.

It was my third visit to the embassy in about 10 years and as before it went well and smoothly. Arranged appointment for new passport (old lost) by email. Embassy took two weeks to answer my email but it was expected in the difficult times of current situation with pandemic. Straight in after arrival, all staff was polite and pleasant. Shame I didn't take the name of staff who assisted me - helpful, so I could give her a nice compliment here. People expect too much and therefore low rating from some. It's embassy, not a hotel or entertaining organisation to expect huge smiles and warm welcomes

I needed to change an expired passport , I wrote an email to book an appointment, within an hour I got reply with the confirmation date and time. On the actual appointment I was seen immediately. Ten minutes later I was out as everything has been done. The passport has been issued exactly after 4 weeks so super quickly Nice, polite and friendly staff. Don’t really understand to the lows ratings as it’s nonsense.
