I would never use this business. Very rude, incompetent and extremely unethical They use the public footpath to park and unload their van. Most people pay to park so they don't upset neighbors. Use this company and you are sure to upset those who live nearby. I was trying to walk my child to school. Very dangerous. No verbal abuse. I just asked them to move and they refused. Breaking the law because they are too cheap to pay for parking and too lazy to carry their boxes I've the road. Would rather out children at risk during the morning school run. See photo.

We would like to thank Benjamin and his team for his professional conduct and excellent, after highlighting major issues during sweeping our chimney, the installation was flagged as unsafe. The fire was reinstalled ready for christmas. If we could issue 6 stars we would.

After reading the response to the previous post re: this company's rudeness and the manner that they conduct themselves in public, (copied below) I feel compelled to comment. I need to install five fireplaces in my home during a major refurb. I am very carefully inspecting each potential company I may choose which brings me to this review. I am disgusted by the owner's response here. It is both childish and unprofessional to respond to a genuine safety concern in this way. I would be appalled to have any company working on my home behave disrespectfully in my community. My not so affluent community. What does the socioeconomic status of the other poster's neighborhood have to do with this? Embers have shown that they are part of the problem. Being defensive and aggressive is a red flag for any potential client. I can only imagine his response if things go wrong in a refurb, which they often do. His antiquated, prejudiced and immature response was all I needed to read. Do better. Apologise, ensure this doesn't happen again. Surely you can unload a fireplace without making pedestrians walk on the street? Haven't you figured that out yet? Or were you being lazy? I will be taking my business elsewhere as should anyone else in the market for this service. I anticipate the owner will respond with a sarcastic defensive remark of how he \doesn't need my business etc etc\ as that is how he seems to operate. However, I won't be returning to this page to see . The post I am referring to: Response from the owner a month ago I assume you were the very rude and aggressive chap that verbally attacked our staff for unloading a heavy fireplace from our van this morning? Firstly because you are in affluent well to do area certainly does NOT give you the right to verbally abuse people and secondly we wish you well in your anger management for the future as being so irrational and high rate is not good for your health
