I love my home and feel lucky to have it. Though ER have been pretty good I have had a few members of staff from there who I found to quite rude in unsympathetic when I had a few issues. I work for a HA and I dare not speak to tenant's in that manner mind you it's alright for tenant's to talk to us like something they have stepped in sometimes. But that's people for you.
