Avoid at all costs. Definitely the worst experience ever in car hiring. Breached contract by failing to provide car class as agreed on contract, no car in similar class available when I was there for collection even tho bookings were confirmed, didn't even bother to inform prior and tried to offer other cars that are way off conditions set in contract. The assistant manager on duty was just going through her motions, as if this is another booking that didn't happen and no fault of theirs. On her email after this, she even stated I chose to cancel the reservation, when clearly Enterprise breached the hire contract by offering cars not according to the category, class and transmission as confirmed. The hire contract confirmed was for a rental of an automatic SUV class, instead I was offered a mini bus, a manual car or car club car for the same price. Completely ruined my travel plans, wasted time and money to travel to collect car. You may be getting a car that is way off the options you chose and paid. Really dodgy, avoid them! Definitely reporting them to trading standards.
Unprofessional and dishonest behaviour. Avoid at all cost. We rented a van for one day. At first inspection we have noticed and took pictures of several scratches and the dealer assured us that it was all recorded in the car’s report. Then, after a couple of weeks, Enterprise charged us up to the full amount of our Waiver (250) for multiple scratches. I phoned and sent the pictures of the scratches that I saw during inspection (not all) to the customer service but no response; they just took our money. Really dodgy, avoid them! Definitely reporting them to trading standards.
