You have just cancelled my flight by SMS and told me to call you office to reschedule, but NONE of your telephone numbers work for the London office or ANY of your European offices (Amsterdam, Paris, Frankfurt etc). This is the worst customer service in the industry.

Customer service line staff was not very friendly for ticket changing service and all the service line around the world are closed during the weekend. How does Eva air gonna deal with the emergency during the weekend? very disappointed with their service.
