Exceptional service. The kind, articulate staff made everything clear and as easy as could be considering a scary situation. Can't thank them enough.

Lovely children's hospital. The set up is great for kids and the staff are really friendly and genuinely caring and obviously great with kids. There is also a decent parents room with free tea, coffee, milk and fridge/freezer and microwave. Only negative was that although the building looks amazing, because it is glass it does get very hot (children's ward's are notoriously hot but it was very hot, dread to think what it's like in the summer)! Location is good for trains as it's a 5 minute walk to waterloo east station and a 10 minute can ride to London Victoria train station.

I brought my brother to Evelina hospital and we stayed for 4 days; the nurses and doctors are really caring and respectful. I gave 5 stars because I appreciate the support and help we have received. I also regret coming here because i didn't get to sleep for 3 consecutive night because as you know it's a Hospital and too much noises beeping noises of machines and especially or despite the most annoying thing that stopped me from sleeping is crying and screaming of children.

My son had an operation yesterday with a very professional and fantastic doctor, but it was very weird that we only saw the nurse once four hours before the operation and then after the operation the responsible nurse avoided talking to us and totally stopped providing any support! Despite the doctor asking her to get my son some food, and left us till 9pm without any updates. After my several requests another nurse came, gave us the medications and informed us to go without any discharge papers!

Always been a fantastic children's hospital wonderful staff helped us stay carm and happy throughout my son's 2 major operations and due to my own disabilities even let me sleep in a spare bed rather than the pull out ones there for parents. Several parent rooms to sit and relax great age appropriate play areas for all children even have a cinema totally carm experience rather than a stressful one. Only downside is for those who do not have a blue badge because the car park can be seriously expensive if your there for a few days.x

Awful obnoxious senior manager by the name of Victoria Felton or Taylor repeatedly complaining about key worker minimum wage frontline staff claiming that not wearing masks was "ILLEGAL" even though the job they do has, by law, a requirement to, quote, government, "must not wear a mask as this will interfere with their operational duties". Sounds like an overpaid workshy office bod.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. i was accused of having munchausens and put on antidepressants. turns out i have severe digestive tract paralysis. i became malnourished and nearly died. the doctors who treated me deserve to have their licenses taken away.
