I Bought a Sleek wig for 85 which said 100% human hair , when it isn't . I used for 1 month , never slept with it , only used it during the day to go shopping during lockdown ( never in contact with fumes , chemicals or pollution ). The hair was falling off a lot without even touching it , after only 1 month it looked terrible. So I went to the shop to complain. They couldn't do anything straight away but after 2 weeks they offered me an exchange! I was very happy about the way they dealt with complain even though in beguining they weren't very happy . I will for sure return again!
