Really the worst service you could imagine. The customer service is belligerent condescending and lacks any professional training "We are don't everything we can do to help you" which includes only more of the same which is written on the script and failed the previous two times, no imagination or proactive solutions. This I got the impression was coming from above with the management team being useless. Don't waste you money time or stress on them, the furniture is cheap imports from Asia which make IKEA feel robust. There is better quality at the same price or cheaper down the high street

I ordered and bed and a chest of drawers from Feather and Black. There were a few bumps in the road. Partly my fault by changing my mind, partly F&B fault. The delivery and collection side of the operation needs addressing but I spoke with Jessica for any issues and she is amazing. It all worked out in the end and would be happy to buy from F&B again.
I am appalled by how I have been treated by Feather and Black. I have made an order in beginning of Aug. The order was supposed to arrive on September. Two weeks ago the delivery company called and said the bed was on its way. On Monday, all was ready at my end and organised to receive the delivery. I get a phone call from Arrow * delivery, the products were not at the warehouse. They said they would give me a call back once all was ready. IT NEVER HAPPENED. I promised my 4yrs his bed would arrive, he has been sleeping on an empty bedroom as we never know when the bed will arrive. I have email Chelsea Hooper, called her , leave messages but I have been completely ignored. I have been to the shop in East Sheen, Tuesday last week and the sales team were very nice and said I should receive a call in the next couple of day . NOTHING!!!!! I emailed lovely Chelsea on Friday asking for a position or a refund, and NOTHING. I called her this morning. NOTHING. I called the shop, answering machine. I just don't trust anyone is going to help me. I just want an immediate refund. No one seams to know what is going on and nobody had the decency to CALL me to explain apologize, offer a compensation. NOTHING. I bought a mid sleeper and a King bed, together 2,651!! Now the shop said that the king bed is not on stock and shall only arrive in NOVEMBER! I would have been fine with it if I have known. But nobody had the decency to CALL me and explain. I think its outrageous and I don't trust feather and black to deliver my goods. I want an immediate refund. I would not recommend Feather and Black to anyone.
Clean and well arranged shop. Beautiful linen and cushions. One advice for the girls working in the shop: stop looking at people coming in to the shop like they're criminals :) it makes it very difficult to relax when you are followed around without a conversation and creates little hostile environment.
