My partner and I have had an excellent experience dealing with Richard from Featherstone Leigh. We recently completed the purchase of our first home and Richard has been a constant source of help and guidance throughout the process. Thanks to the Featherstone Leigh team in East Sheen, we finally moved into a lovely flat. Emma, Emily and Tom were really friendly, helpful and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with them. The process from viewing to check-in was handled well and they were really good in corresponding with us all the way, which is really key to a smooth and successful transaction. The fees are reasonable compared to the other agencies we came across with, while we were still looking for a property. Sadly, the property we're renting isn't managed by them, it would've been perfect.
