Utterly utterly useless! Apparently, they delivered my package - and even got a signature - at the wrong address. I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this, listening to ghastly hold music, and being promised call backs, which of course never materialise. If your job is to drive to a specific address, with the help of satnav, and deliver a parcel, to a named individual, at that address, how is it possible to balls this up? I can only assume that the driver stole my parcel, and I will be reporting this to the police accordingly.
