I took my car in for an oil change on 3rd December to Finchley Road. All I can say is that the service was atrocious. I would have given them a zero rating but Google does not allow this. Upon entering the dealership, I was not greeted by any member of staff. Before I could even speak they took my keys and the person working in the service department who served me was not bothered. Upon asking about the price, he walked off and did not even let me finish my sentence. Not once did he smile or look friendly. I was told it would take an 1 Hour and 30 mins but it actually took 2 hours. The best part was when a so called \Audi Technician\ came to me and said the front right tyre was incorrect for my vehicle. I had just purchased this car under a year ago from Audi Hatfield and I had not done any work to the tyres. Once I told him this, he said \I cannot comment\ to which I replied for him to check his computer. He said the car requires Pirelli 4th Gen tyres. When googling this, you will find that does not help at all as there are many different tyres. He had no idea what he was talking about and he did not even know the exact model that I needed. This is despite them saying \Nobody knows Audi tyres better than us\ I requested them to not wash my car. They made my car even more dirty and they left marks all over in the interior. Moreover, they parked my car so close to the curb they damaged my rim. When I asked about other maintenance schedules for my vehicle, Paul said ead your vehicle handbook\. This shows he could not even be bothered to give a customer even five minutes of him time. I was served by Paul Jackson. I highly recommend for nobody to use Audi Finchley Road as there service is unprofessional and they will not respect your vehicle from my experiences. Not all Audi Group 1 dealers are bad. Hatfield Audi is amazing but Finchley Road is terrible. I will be complaining to Audi UK.

Fantastic experience! My service advisor Georgia Collins was brilliant. She was very welcoming and explained everything so well. She kept me up to date and even sent me a video of my car whilst the service was being carried out. I will definitely be going back to Finchley Road and I hope that Georgia is my advisor again.
