DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.!!! I have now had two garments totally ruined by them The first one was my wifes coat where they burnt the edges beyond repair. This was around a year ago. Against my better judgement, I dropped on a blazed recently. I arrived to collect the item and thankfully i checked to see the front of the blazer almost completely burnt to shreds (no joke) all the herringbone was burnt off along with two brown burn marks. I immediately said you have ruined my blazer to which they starred blankly at it for a while and said it was not their fault it is the manufactures fault, so they said come back in a few days and they would see what they could do. I returned and they said it was like this when they got it and they cannot be responsible for my wear and tear. Honestly, a homeless person would feel ashamed to wear this now. to think I gave it to them like this is what's so insulting. I offered to settle privately (100 for a blazer worth 300 new) , something any self respecting small business would jump at, but no luck, so i will be perusing them through legal action but surprise surprise they are not a member of any trading association's and they have no complaints procedure. I take no pleasure writing this, but if you value your clothes, avoid avoid avoid.

Fantastic dry cleaners and Basma is fantastic at alterations, nothing is too small or big! She completly replaced all the leather on my duffle coat and it looks fantastic! Cannot recommend enough!
