Quite simply the best personal trainer out there. Luke keeps sessions interesting, challenges you, and helps you improve your form and technique with every exercise / set you do. He ups the intensity when your body is ready and as your fitness improves, and introduces new and fun ways to keep you going. I’ve gone from being the occasional, half hearted, sporadic gym class goer, to training 3X a week with Luke (and looking forward to every session). Also, while the sessions are hard work, they’re incredibly fun. I’ve received some great advice on nutrition too, and that combined with the PT sessions has meant that I’ve made really good, sustainable progress on my journey to a healthier and fitter me!
I’d highly recommend Finn Health & Fitness, sessions are well planned and detailed around your own personal goals. Luke is excellent at encouraging and motivating to help you stay focused and he always creates a positive professional environment.
