I am a professional dancer and choreographer of over 12 years, working on the west end and Broadway and I have spent many hours and a lot of money on various different fitness coaches and physiotherapists. Danny is different. He provides the full package of his service and is definitely a natural coach for both he body and the mind. He has helped me regain my strength, physique and mental stamina in a matter of months. He has an infectious character and it draws in like minded individuals, creating a very pleasant environment and community that is a pleasure to be part of. Danny has been absolutely fantastic since I started training with him about 9 months ago. I’m 33, working in central London and, like everyone, have a hectic life, which meant I put this off for a while (I first thought about signing up with Danny 2 years before I did). I started off doing group sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings on the Heath, which were a great way to get to know Danny’s fitness community (sun, snow, wind or rain, he’s there). Over the last few months we’ve moved into (x2) weekly 1 to 1 PT sessions (whilst trying to get to as many of the group sessions as possible). Having experienced other personal trainers in central London I know Danny is a cut above. He’s extremely diligent and c.9 months down the line I’m still learning something at each session. He has great energy and determination to help his clients in a more rounded way than simply physical training (it’s a cliché, but he genuinely cares about the wider wellbeing of his clients). I’ve slowly got fitter (hill sprints are a killer), stronger (almost double what I started out at), more flexible (hand stands) and I have a far better understanding of the nutritional requirements to build (and maintain) muscle. Like many of Danny’s clients, I have felt the benefits of his sessions both at work and at home (having a good laugh with him and his other clients). What I particularly like about the sessions is he knows when to push (and when he does it’s brutal) and when to take a bit of a step back, which can lead to a different type of session (perhaps more stretching and core rather than weights/CV). I really enjoy the conversations, whether about sport, PT, nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, chess, business, family (it goes on). I look forward to continuing the sessions and getting fitter and stronger physically and mentally. I thoroughly recommend signing up.

What can I say about Danny Fisher as a personal trainer? Well, I will start by saying he is one of a kind. He truly wants to help you achieve your goals whether that is to build self-confidence, strength or stamina. Danny is friendly, warm and most importantly knowledgeable. He really know's how to get your body to where it needs to be. One session with Danny and he can tell where is tight/weak/sore and he will work with you to vastly improve it. The thing about Danny is he truly cares, he is a nice guy with a big heart. I started training with Danny a couple of months ago and my fitness has vastly improved, I am now running (something I haven't done since 2012) and fitting into my clothes again. Training with Danny has made me enjoy fitness again and built my self-confidence up. If you are looking for the best trainer in London well you've just found him. Thanks Danny! Best, Chris.
