Charging nearly full membership so 60 for reduced service, basically no classes in the afternoon and most of them virtual. Also if you have been a long time customer and you have an issue with the membership, they won't help you at all. They sent an email in July saying they would reopen the gym but unfortunately I was abroad with no access to my emails. I couldnt stop the membership before the 1st of August when I came back. Did try to reach them and ask to refund as I wouldn't be able to be at the gym for the month of August. Had to chase them for 1 month, they finally responded yesterday saying I m sorry we won't give you a refund. Thank you for letting me know at the end of the month. I would at least try to go during this time to not waste the money. On top off everything I am in forelogh so I have money difficulties. End result, I will change company if this is the treatment they reverse to old clients.

Amazing Gym! I love their steam room, sauna and the swimming pool which is brilliant for new swimmers as it is not deep!
This gym has had renovations but not for the better, it doesn't feel like it's making the best use of its space and the sauna never gets warm enough because of a basic design flaw. Feels like it doesn't know where it belongs in the market, and between the other middle tier gym in the area I would recommend virgin active hands down as it is much better run.
Very poor hygienic conditions in the showers (mold), spa and pool area. I called them to try to cancel as the gym is not delivering to the generaly accepted standards but it was pointless. I have no other choice that keep paying for a service that I am not getting. Future members see pictures attached.
Been going here since early 2017. All the fundementals of a good gym are here and the staff are very friendly.
