Friendly, helpful staff. The gym has a good range of equipment. Very spacious. The gym is clean and covid measures have been put in place. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

The place is well equipped. It has a lot of machines and you rarely ever need to wait for your turn. It's cool that you get a towel in each session so you don't need to bring your own, plus shampoo. The worst thing about the place is the showers. Sometimes you might end up in a shower that has no hot water or the shampoo containers are empty and there are no other shower places to use so you have to wait. The sauna room seems closed most days.

The problem: There has been no soap for WEEKS in mens' bathrooms - people use the equipment without washing hands (as they have to). I'm a member of this branch but am seriously thinking of quitting. There are quite a lot of things that aren't quite right (but not too bad) but something I experienced yesterday really is making me think twice. I went to the men’s loos in the Shepherd’s Bush branch before working out to find no soap in any of the dispensers. I told reception this and this is what they said: “oh yes, we know. It’s been like that for 2 or 3 weeks (!!!). The supplier didn’t deliver the soap.” So, basically, for at least the last fortnight people have been using the gym equipment without being able to wash their hands. The worst part is that the staff there didn’t even go and BUY some hand wash from the supermarket opposite the gym. I myself had to suggest they do this as an interim measure, and then one of them did it. Another problem is that the showers often have no hot water at this gym. But that's not a huge problem for me since I shower at home now.

I've been coming to this gym for 3 years and i do really love coming here. i have a personal trainer (jan) and he is just amazing. Adil is the guy that sign me in and he was very helpfull with the membership. All the people that are working here, are so lovely and they are always ready to help at any time. The facilities are super nice, i really like go to the steam room after my workout !!!!! guys, you are super xx

The staff are really nice and welcoming but the environment itself is uncomfortable. If you’re not a confident person maybe this gym isn’t a good fit. I always want to use the weights section but it is male dominated and all eyes are on you. I feel constantly looked at and I usually don’t get a full workout in.

Their personal trainers leave due to being unhappy, midway through your paid programme. The gym then doesn't clean up the mess and accepts 0 liability. Awful place. Awful service. Do NOT use their personal trainers.

A brilliant gym, extensive equipment, resistance machines. Never gets horribly busy. Loads of free classes. Steam room and sauna. My 12 month membership cost 540. So it's steep... But got 2 extra months free. Its one of those worth doing if you have the spare money.
