Super happy with our choice of the Floor Sanding Experts to restore the wooden floor in our lounge and repair the wooden floors in our hallway. The team were punctual, tidy, and very professional. We had our floors restored by Ivan in October 2019. The floors are the original pine wood from when the house was built in the 1800s and were not in very good condition. Ivan listened to us and what we wanted but also gave us options based on his expert opinion, for which we are incredibly grateful. We're very happy with the work that was carried out, it was not an easy job but Ivan brought immense passion and care to the project and we love the finished result!

We asked Floor Sanding Experts to sand and oil two floors for us in Wanstead. The job was really well done. They sanded the floors, filled the gaps and put on an oil finish that looked excellent. Their timing and communication was also very good throughout the job.

I would like to say a huge thank you for the work that was done on the floors of our 1905 house. The floors look like new and have made the whole house seem lighter. I was given excellent advice when unsure about finish / boards to replace etc. The team worked really hard and were punctual, working from 8:00 to after 17:00 every day. I would so like to acknowledge the responsiveness and flexibility of the team. I had to change the start date three times due to other building work over running and it was never a problem. Was really impressed at how hard the gentleman worked. How professional and the quality was amazing. He arrived at 9am and left our house at 7.30pm. This work was during Covid lock down and he was respective of keeping distance. Took breaks outside. Felt bad we couldn't give tea or coffee but he worked hard and we felt safe and have an amazing floor now. Thank you.
