If you want to know what excellent customer service is contact Catford Fonehouse. The manager and his team provide a highly professional service, they know their tech! Added to that is the friendly, patient and non-judgemental approach for all of us tech dinosaurs out there! They also provide tutorials. A positive experience for me and the other many customers of all ages in and out of the shop.
