Seems dishonest and unprofessional to me, tried to charge me 20 for each of my Children and wanted cash immediately When i questioned this he told me his NHS list was full, and if i didn't pay come back next year. Went just down the road 2 minutes and found a free and helpful opticians, I'd highly recommend you do the same .

I had a eye examination and the optician spotted a serious problem , they immediately arranged for me to attend Moorefields eye hospital and thankfully this has saved my sight I can not thank there professional attitude and the attention they gave me , the customer service here is excellent and even my specialist at Moorefields commented how good this clinic in Forest Gate is , I want to thank them personally for not only seeing me within a few hours ( with everything that I’d going on during Covid ) but for the way they handled everything till the hospital took over , there attention to detail may well have saved my eye sight.

I have been taking my 7 year old for regular eye checkup with them. Been with them for nearly 3 years. Extremely helpful,caring and professional. Very good staff. Very good with kids.
