Had a call with them, the guy on the other end is extremely rude and doesn't want to go through the basics. We are basically starting to looking into kitchen and obviously don't know a lot. With a response like that, it's hard to imagine how we are gonna be treated once we make the payment. What makes it even more ironic is the statement on their website saying "customer service is what we pride...". If you are proud of that, I'm seriously doubting the prospect of the business.
