Stay away from this unethical company. Stay away from this unethical company.everything they do on their advertising and promotions are fake and volunteers and HQ interns are bullied into writing fake reviews in order to receive payments they are entitled to. One of the worst experience I witness was seeing the HQ staff being bullied by the COO who hardly goes in the office and expects new starters and interns to perform their jobs like a professional without proper training and just by reading off out of date handover booklet. Not surprised with the highest staff turnover I ever witness, it shows why the working environment is extremely toxic due to the amateur leadership of the COO leading to educated and qualified staff to question how he got the job in the first place. Not one person in the company has a nice attribute to say about him. Evidently Will Frost ( COO ) is a bully and ran the company to the ground with his Mickey Mouse style of management.

I worked for Frontier as a staff member on the Madagascar project until evacuating under the advice of the UK embassy in April due to Covid-19. Frontier then refused to pay mine or my colleagues contractual wages and flight contributions once we had got back to the UK. I had worked for them in-field for 4 months and had received less than 1 month's pay. We each also had to cover the high cost of the evacuation ourselves. Furthermore, mine and one of my colleagues' personal camera equipment was stolen in-field by one of the camp security guards hired by Frontier, for which I received no sympathy, support or compensation from Frontier. This supposedly-paying job, which I had hoped would kick-start my career in marine biology and diving, has instead left me severely out of pocket and feeling taken advantage of by Frontier. I urge all prospective employees and volunteers to avoid this unethical company. Do not fall for the marketing, Frontier is a scam!

I was advised that the programmes were cancelled and to reply for my refund (in september) I replied, I chased them up until in November, when I got a reply saying they will pay me back 785 of the 1,100 I am owed. I replied I dont want to accept that and whats the course of action to get my money back, the emails bounced as they had deleted their emails, staff emails and info emails. Their phone lines are \closed to my region (UK)\ and I am currently talking to legal representatives to chase them up for my money back. Before that, it was an amazing opportunity and those members of staff I did meet were amazing people.
