I have been training at FWC West Hampstead for almost 1 year now and the Kung fu classes are the most rewarding thing I have ever done! The classes build strength, fitness, flexibility and above all confidence and each class is different and challenging. Karim, the instructor of the class, is awesome. He motivates you to want to progress and develop and I can't recommend him enough. The club as a whole is friendly and inclusive and has great opportunities for training trips abroad and competitions!
