If you experience any pain you should go an see Verena Leo! I can only highly recommend her magic hands which helped me within 4 weeks to gently recover from a very painful and sore neck and shoulder to being pain free! Her suggested exercises for home are easy to follow and her calm personality made each appointment very pleasant!
