I left a totally normal phone in working condition 7 weeks ago for a battery change. The shop never phoned me about the progress but when I phoned in they referred to not having the right battery in stock being the reason for the delay. Than a week ago I popped in and the owner just gave the phone back to me and said :they cannot change the battery. So I got very upset and took it to the Apple store where they could not replace my battery because it was taped with double sided tape. Also they identified that screws and plates were missing and they cannot wont it like this. So I took it to I smash where they identified motherboard problem. This phone was never opened before . And came back to me as a broken wreckage. So guys, even if it cost more money, always take your phones to the proper supplier and you don’t needs to listen to weeks of utter nonsense.
