Gail’s is one of my favourite bakeries in town. And they also make some of the best coffees and lattes. Their pastries, breads and cakes (as well as brunches) are of really high quality. Perfectly located just opposite the entrance to the Gloucester Road tube station and only 700mt from Kensington Gardens. Perfect if you want to grab a coffee and some croissants on a weekend to enjoy in the park.

A well stocked bakery with many delicious treats. The egg souffle slider is a personal favourite.

I wish I could give this location ZERO stars. The customer service is terrible and there is no appreciation for the customers, that are you know.. essentially paying for the workers wages. If it wasn't for your customers, you wouldn't have an open store. In an economy where businesses are shutting down faster then we can comprehend, you think there would be some pride and accountability as an employee. To anyone thinking about going to this location, there are TONES of other small businesses in the area, so please please consider going anywhere else but here.

I was very disappointed as this Gail’s outlet does not live upto the overall brand. I found the experience very underwhelming and not particularly value for money. They have no on site heating facilities so all the food you buy, including the sliders, are bone cold and dry as they were cooked hours ago. The same is true about the toasties. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Their facilities were also disgusting and not usable. I would sadly, not visit them here again.

Their sandwiches and options of breads are simply amazing. They have a kinda of black bread which is so tasty and hard to find anywhere else.

The pastries look delicious and the taste is pretty good too. The madeleines are spot on for taste, texture and flavour. The fruit scone less so, there wasn’t enough fruit in it for me. The area needs a good gourmet bakery and with a little improvement this could be it.
