Great selection of food on offer, the Egg Soufflé Cheddar and Spinach breakfast slider/ roll was delicious - would definitely recommend. The staff were very friendly and polite staff, look forward to visiting again soon!

Great staff!! kindly and always polite :) The girl with grey hair she is so friendly and ready to help you with whatever you need!! Love the muffins and chocolate croissants, always tasting like "home taste".

I understand that climate change and recycling Is a big topic but when I buy sliced bread I will prefer to have It plastic bag! Your sliced bread last a day then dry up and that’s a wast of food and money!

Absolutely love this place!! Gail's is such a wonderful place to be, especially in the morning. A fresh croissant with a cup of tea is just what you need to kick start your day with great energy. I would go there every single day, if possible! One of my most favourite places in Kentish town!

To the contrary they say, customer service not only did not help me at all but they charged me twice for the same service and ignored all my emails with my complaints (Im not able to pop on the shop for now) . Dont know if this customer service is the same for all gails but not coming back to any of them JIC.

Such a quaint little bakery on the corner of the road. Lovely ambience to just sit and sip your coffee while going through the days events in your head or just relaxing. Loved it. And their chai latte is always so good

Rude customer service from a staff lady with glasses , I am asking to get some quiche and I am pointing at it she says which one, I am asking sourdoughs bread and same thing she asks again which one instead of looking at where I am pointing ,she is not helpful at all and come across very arrogant to me not hospitable at all. On top of all that I still kept myself in a better level than her and said thank you before I leave, she didn’t bother telling me you are welcome, the place needs a better management

Outstanding 'must have' Croissants, Pastries (incl awesome home made sausage roll) and Great Coffee. Impeccable. Good people too. Ended up there 3 times for emergency rations last weekend :)
