Eden Oasis

Unhygienic 'baldy' male coffee maker. I asked him to give me a fresh cup as he used his bare hands without washing/cleaning in between customers. He rubbed his nose. He said his hands were clean and refused to give me a fresh cup; then said to get it myself. Obviously, cups are stacked and I could not reach. He refused when I told him! Other staff were wearing blue gloves but the rude attitude is outstanding and he still works here. I tried to reach but knocked the stack. Another member came to assist. He then said to get out the shop and called me 'crazy'. He needs to be sacked, not spoken to! Boycott this branch! Nobody needs to deal with unhygienic, rude and aggressive staff - whatever the situation.

Terrible experience. They are not controlling number of customers coming in. Staff are not friendly at all - it's like being served by monkeys. The hot chocolate that I ordered was disgusting and I had to throw it out. The crouch end branch is so much better.
