Delicious pastries and coffee and tea. Cozy place where you order at the front and then they bring your food to you (quick casual). Prices are reasonable. Lots of freshly baked bread and pastries.

I've been going to Gail's portabello Road for quite some time now and I must say the staff are the best, always smiling, engaging with customers ,place is always well kept nothing but A* service and we also have to appreciate them for bringing us good coffee during these mad covid times, they really bring a positive energy to the community, and I really must commend the manager and supervisor for keeping professional whilst Been antagonised by a rude disrespectful customer, I witnessed an altercation a few days ago and they handled it extremely well they deserve a medal or pay rise
