In an industry that relies on customer service its amazing to see it still doesn't exist in shops like this. Staff not interested and rude. Do yourself a favour and support one of the other great small cafes in Putney.

Seatings are the back where they feel a bit cramped. Coffee is as good as expected from the chain but the shop seems to be missing something, a good vibe.
The Oat Milk Latte's here are delicious, staff are always smiley- all round great coffee spot.
Nice seating area (indoors and outdoors) to enjoy your coffee (tasty espresso). Friendly staff. A bit pricey compared to the competition nearby. Variety of products and always fresh.
Went in and ordered the egg soufflé slider, it wasn’t available, so I happily ordered and paid for the cheese and leek toastie. A few minutes after I ordered they approached me to let me know they didn’t have the leeks, but they could make me a cheese toastie. I took the “cheese toastie” to the park a few blocks away and when I opened the box to my surprise, it was not toasted! Needless to say, it was very gross, cold slices of cheese between unbuttered bread. Quite frustrating, considering they were the ones that offered the cheese toastie and none of the items were available.
