This place is popular with the locals. They have good coffee and their pastries are always fresh and baked in store. They also have sourdough bread that you can buy and take home. Prices are a little higher than other coffee shops but their quality is better too.

Gails is the best coffee in London simple. The staff at the Queens Park branch are some of the nicest people I have ever met in my life, They are more like my family then staff in a shop, Also they have amazing good energy let alone to mention the 5 star customer service. What a bunch of nice people. Thank you.

Great coffee, bread and brunch options. A favourite with locals. A little pricier than others but quality is always good, and the breads are weighty and filling. A little hit and miss on the service side unfortunately, though generally good, hence only 4 stars.

Good quality coffee and bakery. I know the staff is trying their best as they are usually very busy specialy on weekends/sundays but sometimes I felt some of the staff wasn't paying attention of my order as they ask me a few times and last time I was in the manager asume I was buying something when I just asked for a product and after was pointing it out on me for advicing me thinking I was buying. I mean, I do understand the stress and rush but they need to improve their manners a little as the prices are quite high too.

Poor customer service and over priced for average croissant. I visited the store today, 01/11/2020 at around 1.15pm. I asked if they had hot croissant as it was still on the baking tray. The assistant said yes, I bought and walked out. I took a piece and I find out it was cold. I went back and asked for it to be reheated, the assistant said, sorry but you touched it already so can' put it in the oven. If she couldn't reheat it then she should have given me a new one. I was so furious, but I didn't kick up a fuss because there were a lot of customers. I felt like smudging it all over the floor. The IDIOT assistant should learn customer service.
