Ordered a quiche and was somehow given a sandwich instead.. and the girl at the register was oddly cold and rude. But otherwise food is good.

100% the BEST Gail's I've visited. Everything is perfect. The staff are lovely, in particular Maria, who is lovely and makes the perfect coffee! The decor and lighting, as well as fresh products make it one of my favourite coffee places in London!! Visit!

Food was nice but odd systems. We got our food fairly promptly but were then told it would be 20 minutes until we got our coffees. They then made coffees for people who were behind us in the queue. We chased again and were told we were at the end of the list for our coffees to be made. They carried on making coffee for people who'd arrived after us. Some of my food was salty (bacon) and I was too thirsty to eat it until I got a drink. Finally did get our coffees after 10 minutes but it spoiled our enjoyed of our breakfast. I also had problems ordering what I wanted as it was two sides and was told I couldn't have them on their own. The main courses contained gluten - hence my ordering two sides (bacon and smashed avocado) instead of a main. In the end I just asked my husband to add my two sides to his main order and then it was acceptable. Very tasty food but won't be returning.
