This is the second time I’ve waited in for a repair and they’ve not turned up, when I’ve called the woman was so rude & told me it’s out of hours now, I can raise the job again, but you’ll have to wait up to 4hrs, ARE YOU HAVING A LAUGH ITS NEARLY MIDNIGHT !!, I’ve waited since 3pm, I’ve called the office twice now & no repair has been done, it’s disgusting, I’m meant to be a vulnerable tenant due to illness, Well thanks I’ll be in the office first thing !!
