I was not really shopping, just looking around if I can find a cheap games. I didn't find anything that suited my budget, so I approach the staff for advice, and the guy told me that I can buy games on offer through my console, and he told me how. The staff is amazing, very friendly, and with great knowledge about games and consoles. Definitely recommend.

Attentive, helpful and fast service from both staff members I encountered. I went in to collect a game I had ordered from game.co.uk and had dispatched to Surrey Quays Game for collection, staff members located it quickly, looked over my documentation and checked me out in just a couple of minutes. Both staff were friendly and chatty during the exchange. Couldn't ask for a nicer team to work with in relation to my console game buying needs.

Terrible customer service - manager named Josh. After spending time browsing and selecting two items which were clearly marked as a part of deal I was rudely informed at the checkout that the price of one of the games had recently gone up and that they haven’t had a chance to change the label yet. No apologies, completely rude and unprofessional and it’s no wonder these stores are going out of business.
