CORRUPTION AT ITS PEAK, housing associations getaway with murder, my landlord genesis doesn't do timly repairs, after many phone calls they attend. Took me 10 years to get my loose and broken front door to be replaced, any one could of pushed their way in with little force. Theres no proper housing officer designated for tenants therefore no one knows what your issue is when you have an issue. The people at the top take fat salaries depriving tenants of repairs and then the management is a small group of people that preside over the presidency. They all know each other and vote to elect each other as director. The service is always poor, no improvement, no changes. 21ST CENTURY, HOW CORRUPT.
